What's Included
Our $4500.00 rental fee covers not only the day of your event, but allows time for set up and tear down on the day before and after your event!
This allows for plenty of time to make your event picture perfect.
For weddings, set up can be started as early as 9 am on Friday.
For an additional $500.00, the venue may be used for rehearsal dinner as well.
All the finishing decorating touches can take place Saturday before the big event.
Saturday evening can be spent enjoying the party without the stress of having to cut the evening short to be able to put everything away.
Clean up can all be done on Sunday.

Special Events Building
Our special events building is a one-of-a-kind showplace complete with tap and bar with wood counters, barn wood walls adorned with antique signs and memorabilia, stained cement floors, hop garland, antique tables and screen cupboards. The back room contains a galley kitchen complete with stainless steel sinks and countertop.
